Well Being Wednesday
This week has been ‘Children’s Mental Health Week’ (1st – 7th February). This was first launched by Place2Be and has been developed in conjunction with Oak Academy. The theme this year has been ‘Express Yourself.’ In the current circumstances, this could not be more important!
In school, pupils have enjoyed a range of tasks, from nature walks on the field to playing boards games, from making pizza to designing new buildings and objects with Lego! Many classes also enjoyed meeting in a socially distanced way through Google Meet! It was clear throughout the school that all pupils enjoyed this change to routine and it was nice to see some activities sent in through Class Dojo.
You can view some of the day’s activities in the film below.
