St John’s Burlington Methodist Church Christmas Tree Festival
This year pupils from our nurture group have been busy along with Miss Wilks making the decorations for our tree as part of the Christmas Tree Festival at St John’s Burlington Methodist Church. Each year groups, clubs, schools and businesses decorate a tree and everyone is welcome to come and see them. They make a beautiful display with well over 30 trees to look at. All the trees are decorated in a completely different style, from surgical and medical equipment (Bridlington Hospital) to a school that all the decorations were made from rubbish and also a tree decorated with knitted and crocheted ornaments. The final celebration will be on 15th December at 4.30pm with Carols for everyone to enjoy.
