Platinum Jubilee Celebrations
We enjoyed a special visit from the Deputy Lord Lieutenant of East Yorkshire who gave an informative assembly to tell the children to help start our celebrations of the Queen’s Jubilee.
At lunch we enjoyed our picnic at the front of the school in our own ‘Jubilee Party!’ with some entertainment from the school choir.
Thank you to Mrs Scargill and the catering staff who have put in a lot of extra hours to provide our food for this special occasion.
Your child will also receive a Platinum Jubilee commemorative book from the Department for Education to keep as a memory of the Queen’s reign.
