Lions Donation
The Bridlington Lions visited us today (Wed 6th April) to donate £150 to our tree and nature activities, to help develop our community orchard. With this money we will buy more fruit trees and invite members from the Bridlington Lions back to help us plant these. Pupils who are involved with the nature activities at the school received the cheque from the President of the Lions, Gary Hughes, joined by the head-teacher Mrs Beckett and representatives from the BJS nature team, Matthew Clark, Sue Robson, Chris Crawford and Terry Wollerton.
