Cross Country Running Competition
On Tuesday evening, children from all year groups travelled to Headlands to compete in a cross-country running competition. The children competed against other children from local schools.
The year 5 and 6 course was slightly longer than the year 3 and 4 circuit. All children did amazingly well. Like the football competition, it was another great opportunity for children to be involved in a competition.
Results:
Year 3 boys: Alfie 1st place, Ethan 2nd place
Year 4 boys: Amer 1st place
Year 4 girls: Sandra 1st place, Bo 5th place
Year 6 boys: 3rd place
Well done to everyone who took part. Thank you to the parents for taking and collecting your children.
Details for children who have qualified for the next round of the competition will be given as soon as we get them.
