Beverley Pairs Cricket
Last Friday, 9 cricket players travelled to Beverley Town Cricket Club with Mr Norman.
The children played what is known as pairs cricket. The children bat in pairs for two overs and each child bowls one over each.
This was the second cricket event of the year and the improvement by all of the players was clear to see. The children were better at all disciplines and they were becoming tactically aware.
A very talented Westfield School were the winners on the day. Well done for the great effort and brilliant behaviour from all involved.
