Pupils in Year 5 have enjoyed a STEM Lego day. The children all experienced a workshop where they were able to build a vehicle from Lego and then manipulate it using software on a tablet. The children could add different components to their vehicle and be creative with their design. Some pupils added motion sensors and the vehicles would only then run the coding when movement was detected. All the children really enjoyed the experience, worked well together in their teams and succeeded in the task.
