Last week, pupils throughout the school were treated to a hula-hooping event! Within each session, pupils were able to develop their co-ordination whilst learning some new tricks, skills and exercises.
The children initially had problems controlling the Hula Hoop but with determination and perseverance, they soon began to demonstrate understanding of the physics and motion required to keep the momentum of the hoop going.
The end performances looked brilliant! It was a great opportunity for all pupils to have some fun and develop their skills at the same time – a big thank you to Sophia who ran each workshop and impressed the children with her control of the Hula Hoop.
